Sowiks acts as a passive conduit for your online content. We do not monitor, review, or edit the content you create or share. You agree that you will not use the Service to capture or share content that:

  • Infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or hateful.
  • Contains personal data of third parties without their consent.

By registering and using the Service, you explicitly acknowledge that all liability for the content generated and shared lies with you, the user.
