Frequently Asked Questions

Can Claude see everything on my Mac?
No. Claude only sees captures you have uploaded to your Sowiks cloud library, with their names, notes, tags and collections. Files that never left your Mac stay out of reach.
Does Claude watch the whole video?
Claude gets the recording’s length, every click with its time and position, and still frames taken just after the clicks. That is usually enough to follow what happened without sending the full video.
Which Claude apps does it work in?
Claude on the web, the desktop and mobile apps, and Claude Code. You connect once per Claude account.
Can Claude delete or change my screenshots?
No. The only thing the connector can change is creating a share link, and only when you ask for one in the chat.
How much does it cost?
